IDD Therapy Disc Treatment
Specialist treatment for spinal discs and sciatica.
If you are struggling with a disc problem, such as herniated or bulging disc and sciatica, we are here to help you. Using non invasive IDD treatment we gently decompress targeted spinal discs with a goal to get you moving freely again.
Initially, you will need to book a appointment, at which, we will review your MRI and medical history, examine you and weigh you. This information will be used to program the machine to optimise your recovery. Please tel. 07852 307 046 for your initial no obligation consultation.
Examination, review of MRI and patient history prior to commencing treatment. £50
All the research is based on a 20 treatment protocol, on average, patients start to see a good improvement around the 13th treatment. Initially, you will be asked to come at least 3 times a week for at least the first 2 weeks, after which, twice a week is sufficient.
If you have tried manual therapy already, regularly take pain killers and need something more for your pain, IDD therapy provides a non-surgical solution as part of a program of care. you.
Clinic Director Clive Giblin brought IDD Therapy to the Kent coast after it helped him when all other treatments had failed to give him the change he needed.

IDD Therapy works by gently decompressing and mobilising targeted spinal segments in a way which cannot be achieved with hands alone therapy. The goal is to relieve pressure on the spinal disc and spinal nerves, whilst helping to progressively improve function in stiff and weak spinal segments as part of a programme of care.
If you have back pain, neck pain or a disc related problem, book a back pain assessment at the clinic.

Clinic Director: Clive Giblin, BSc(Hons) Ost.Med.ND, Lic.Acu.
“Having struggled with my own back for many years and like a lot of people I sought help from a number of sources. As an osteopath I deal with back and neck pain on a daily basis. When my pain wasn’t progressing despite help from other practitioners, I contacted a colleague in Goudhurst who was providing IDD Therapy and went there for treatment.
I could immediately feel that IDD Therapy was something different and having completed the programme, it has changed the way I live and move. As a result of my experience, I could see that I could help patients in similar situations to me and am delighted to provide IDD Therapy in Hythe.”
If you live or work in Hythe, Ashford, Folkstone, Canterbury or surrounding areas and are struggling with pain, come and see us. There is no obligation to have treatment and you will leave with a clear understanding of the most appropriate next steps for your condition.
