Mr C Giblin BSc(Hons) Ost. Med. ND. Lic.Ac.
Born in 1964, Mr Giblin originally worked in the music industry and then as a college lecturer before discovering the benefits of osteopathy. Throughout this time he was a regular judo player and picked up many injuries, which by his early thirties, were no longer “getting better”. This led him to consult an osteopath and after a few treatments he was pain free and regretted not seeking osteopathic treatment earlier. Being so impressed with the outcome of the treatment he decided to embark on a four year degree course in osteopathic medicine.
Osteopathic training is demanding and lengthy, and a recognised qualification is only available from osteopathic educational institutions accredited by the General Osteopathic Council. Mr Giblin qualified as a registered osteopath with The Surrey institute of Osteopathic medicine, where he gained a BSc(Hons) degree in Osteopathic medicine.
Before setting up his clinic in Hythe, Mr Giblin gained a wealth of experience over the years, working at clinics throughout Kent and Surrey and Harley Street in London, treating a multitude of conditions and age groups, from babies to the elderly.
At a postgraduate level, Clive has attained further qualifications in Western Medical Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Cranial Osteopathy and Naturopathic medicine.
